At FillUp Kees, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued through a suitable refund method agreed upon with the customer.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
